🏸 Infinitum Special-tournament 2023 🏆

The 2021 and 2022 SpecialCamps & tournaments marked big steps for us with participation from Denmark 🇩🇰. 2023 will be our 5th special-event. 2023 will also be the first year our camp will be a tournament-only (no organized training sessions), at player's request.

✅ The venue location has been moved to Mossehallen (9 courts).

Please note

• We encourage any Special-athlete to participate regardless of personal challenges.
• There are no age restrictions, and we encourage athletes of any age to participate.
• To facilitate the tournament, all players must be categorized in different skill-levels. 5 levels available.
• Assistants / coaches are expected to be familiar with the sport of badminton and to assist during play or free-play sessions.

Philosophy

• There is no single purpose of this event more important than the other. But, some of our main objectives are to achieve good matches with high levels of activity, and for all athletes to experience the joy of playing this fantastic sport and experience achievements and victory on a personal level.
• On a different level, but equally important, is if the coaches and support-teams manage to tie contacts between clubs of different nationalities, and also to exchange notes and thoughts on how to drive our athletes forwards.
• Wether you are a devoted parent/sibling/friend of a Special athlete, or a professional badmintoncoach, we encourage you to make the plunge and dive into this low- threshold event. Be brave, if not for yourself, but on behalf of the athlete/-s you support.

Camp Fee:

• 500Nkr pr athlete  (appx. 45€ or 325Dkr).
• Includes hot lunch saturday & sunday (lactose & glutenfree) served at venue.
• Dinner at local restaurant saturday, with award ceremony.
• Trophy.
• T-Shirt.
• 300Nkr for supportteam members (appx. 26€ / 195Dkr). Includes warm lunch saturday + sunday + dinner saturday.

• We can offer hotel room for your stay, weekend (2 nights) prices:  Singleroom 2.780Nkr, Doubleroom 3.180Nkr, Triple: 4.170Nkr, Quad: 4.760Nkr). Note: triple + quad rooms: double beds (150cm) + sleeping couch (140cm).
